Surfer’s Paradise Unit Renovation

This holiday unit in a prime position in Surfer’s Paradise with fantastic ocean views was desperately in need of some TLC.  To give the apartment a clean, modern appearance that was fitting for its location, the bathroom. ensuite and kitchen were gutted.  Bathroom and ensuite were retiled and fitted with a stylish new frameless showerscreen, bath, toilet, vanity, basin and mirror.  The kitchen was painstakingly crafted with cabinets in gloss white two pack to reflect the ocean views from the living room.  A Caesarstone benchtop in ‘Snow’ with waterfall end and stainless steel appliances were the crowning glory.  The dishevelled main bedroom walk in robe was fitted with custom shelving and mirror doors on either side.  Laundry cabinets were refaced and additional cabinet space was created in the entry.  Large mirrors affixed to walls throughout the entry and living area were removed and the entire space was repainted.  The results?  A relaxing and stylish space to kick back and soak up the sun, sand and surf.
