As our head resurfacing technician Alex Pollock has been honing his craft for years and has developed the skill of resurfacing Gold Coast kitchens and bathrooms into a fine art.  Loved by our clients for his cheerful, courteous nature you can always count on Alex for a dad joke while he does a top job of spraying those tricky spots, such as the back corners of open shelves and microwave oven spaces.  As the son of a professional painter with a flair for the artistic, we think he might just have paint running in his veins.

Vanessa is the glue that keeps the business running on a daily basis.  As the Renew receptionist she is the central point of contact for our clients through all stages of their project from booking the initial consultation right through to completion.  Vanessa also has the complex task of coordinating the schedule for the various trades that come together to facilitate a kitchen or bathroom renovation and ensuring that every detail in the project plan is tracked and accounted for.  As an enthusiastic soccer player Vanessa is a competitive force both on and off the field and will stop at nothing to ensure our clients receive top-notch service and timely communication.

Graeme brings an added layer of renovation expertise to the Renew team as a builder with 35 years of experience under his belt.  Having worked on a variety of building projects from office fitouts to residential dwellings, Graeme takes special pleasure in going the extra mile to create happy clients.  When he’s not on the job you can find Graeme serving our community by feeding the homeless or enjoying time out with friends at trivia night.
